Our Team
Larisa Warhol is a social entrepreneur who has lived in East Africa since 2015 working on agricultural and environmental projects. Prior to that, she worked on development projects on 4 different continents focusing on local, community-based approaches to solve societies most pressing challenges.
Larisa Warhol received her PhD in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from Arizona State University and her Master’s degree in International Development from George Washington University as well as a certificate in Tropical Forest Landscapes from Yale University. She is a certified carbon footprint analyst by IEMA.
Faith Mukami is passionate about leading farmers in climate change mitigation efforts. She has over 5 years experience working with farmers in sustainable Agro-practices. She is an Agronomic engineer with an academic degree in Licenciatura in Agricultural sciences from EARTH University, Costa Rica.
She is a certified carbon footprint analyst by IEMA and currently pursuing a masters degree in Carbon Management at the University of Edinburgh.
Emmah Kosgey is a research fellow at (GECA/ANA). She has over 4 years’ experience in conducting research and training on sustainable agriculture with focus on holistic approaches. With a deep passion for sustainability and a strong background in agriculture, she is driven by the need to improve the livelihoods of smallholder farmers especially in the wake of climate change.
She is a holder of bachelor’s degree in management of agroecosystems and environment from University of Embu and currently pursuing her master’s degree in Climate Smart Agriculture at Haramaya University.
